1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Rebel Glitch AI ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Rebel Glitch AI website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

2. Membership Tiers

We offer various membership tiers (Tier 1 to Tier 4). Access to these tiers is subject to specific requirements:

• Tier 1: R90 first month, then R250/month. Access to upskilling materials and community as per your subscription.
• Tier 2, 3, 4 (Paid): Requires a monthly subscription fee (R250 p/m per tier level increment) and completion of previous tier requirements.

We reserve the right to modify tier requirements or benefits at any time.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rebel Glitch AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

However, your portfolio projects that you build during your upskilling remain your intellectual property. We claim no ownership over the code you write for your personal portfolio, although we may display it for verification and marketing purposes as agreed upon in the Rebellion Manifesto.

4. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
