1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rebel Glitch ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Rebel Glitch website and related services.

2. Membership Tiers

We offer various membership tiers. Access is subject to specific requirements:

• Tier 1: R250 first month, then R350/month while active on Tier 1.
• Higher tiers: Monthly subscription at the published rate for each tier and completion of previous tier requirements.

We reserve the right to modify tier requirements or benefits at any time.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its original content are owned by Rebel Glitch and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your portfolio projects built during upskilling remain your intellectual property. We claim no ownership over code you write for your personal portfolio.

4. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent that registration information you submit is true and accurate, and that you have legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms.
